How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Standard delivery then usually takes 3–7 business days. Orders don't ship on weekends or holidays.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States for free. We also ship to select countries; international shipping is charged at cost and shown at checkout, and import duties or taxes may apply.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum. Subscribe & Save deliveries ship free too. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check it on our Track Order page.
My package is lost or damaged. What should I do?
Email support@everliv.life within 7 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll sort it out.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes. New, unopened products bought on everliv.life can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used products can't be returned. Email support@everliv.life to start a return. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Subscribe & Save
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose Subscribe & Save on a product page to save 15% on every delivery. Your saved payment method is charged automatically before each delivery until you cancel.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Subscriptions have a 2-payment minimum: your first order plus one renewal. You can cancel any time after your second paid order.
How do I skip, change or cancel?
Go to My Account → Manage Subscriptions, or email support@everliv.life. To stop the next charge, cancel before your next billing date.

What is the Member Price Club?
Members save 20% on every one-time purchase and get 20% off Subscribe & Save orders in total, instead of 15%. Membership is free for your first year, then $89.99/year. Member pricing can't be combined with other discount codes.

How do I use the oral strips?
Place a strip on your tongue and let it dissolve. No water needed. Follow the directions on the label for how many to take and when.
What is the Ultimate Bundle?

Where can I see what's in a product?
Every product page lists the ingredients and the amount per serving, the same as the label.
Is it safe to take your supplements with medication, or while pregnant or nursing?
